Bin Lahej revealed his new project, which is to launch an Academy for Fine Arts Education, entitled "The Artist" or the artist, and it includes every place in the country, because it will be a digital academy that works according to smart systems, and is primarily concerned with small talents. Bin Lahej explained, during the lecture he gave yesterday, within the series of lectures organized by the "Sea of Culture" Foundation, from a distance, which was titled "Manifestations in Solitude", that studying in the academy will be divided into two parts: The first is concerned with talents to qualify them to enter a circle Professionalism, and the second for "next door" includes those who love the arts and provide them with virtual development courses, most of which are virtual, followed by a one-week training period at the headquarters of the academy. Whereas, those enrolled in it will be accepted based on tests to measure the talent duration of 15 days, and the ages of the participants ranged between 9 and 12 years for beginners, and 12 years or more for the advanced stage.

Bin Lahej attributed his interest in small talents to his belief in the importance of providing a protection zone for them, adding: “I often see a child who has talent, but the environment surrounding him slowly kills this talent, and the curriculum does not include an aspect to evaluate or support talents, even in schools that provide curricula. For the arts, we find that most of our teachers are educators who have studied theoretical subjects, and therefore the teacher needs to be rehabilitated in order to discover and support talents, and I myself suffered two things in order to obtain information and my sources in that period were a magazine lying on the ground or propaganda. The Emirati creator pointed out that art is not entertainment, but it is a complete knowledge that the artist tries to spread among those around him, and the artist who wishes to reach the degree of professionalism must first provide himself with the tools that enable him to do so, and strive to market his art, not as a commercial good, but as a product that deserves Also, he listens to others, benefits from them in various fields, and tries to look at himself with the eyes of others of all ages and orientations.
He emphasized that success and professionalism require "working day and night, as they are a challenge that the artist cannot succeed without research, reading, passion and patience, and going through several experiences that may fail once, two and three, before success can be achieved."

He pointed out that these episodes or virtual circles reflect a psychological philosophy, to understand and develop oneself, and they are important for everyone, not just the artist.
