The British newspaper "Daily Mail" reported that the accident took place last Monday morning, inside a bank in the Indian state of Kerala, when a woman named "Pina Jeju Paul", 46, entered to end a transaction in the bank and then rushed out of it; After she realized that she forgot to take the key to her vehicle, she crashed into the glass bank door; As a result, it was shattered, and it was hit in the abdomen, by shards of glass pieces.
This caused the forty-year-old mother of three to lose her balance and fall to the ground, where she was transferred to a nearby hospital, and within five minutes she died.
