"I do not know if it is an extraordinary gift. For the moment, it is out of the ordinary. One day we will surely explain it", first replies the medium, invited to speak about his faculties. "It manifests itself in several ways. I hear voices from my left ear. Like those who are in Sainte-Anne! [Paris psychiatric hospital, note] I also have a lot of premonitory dreams, and then I have flashes ", she describes," aware that when we say that, it can have a funny effect, especially on those who do not believe it. It still remains a taboo. " "Me, I say what I live and after, it doesn't belong to me anymore," she adds.

I was made to draw a portrait of the person I saw, it was Fourniret

Geneviève Delpech affirms it: all the stories told in her book are true, published with the authorization of the police. When the medium intervenes in investigations, "it is never on the initiative of the police," she explains. She is first contacted by "families or an intermediary. And then, I get in touch with the gendarmes". Her gifts, she prefers to exercise them free of charge. Even the proceeds from her work will, she says, be donated to an orphanage in the Congo, with which she is in contact. "It is a gift and a gift, it cannot be redeemed."

Among the stories she tells, one of the most disturbing is undoubtedly that of the disappearance of Estelle Mouzin. Geneviève Delpech was convinced, from the start, that the girl had been killed the same evening by Michel Fourniret. Here is what she says at Anne Roumanoff's microphone:

"I heard the voice of a little girl, still behind my left ear, saying to me 'I am in Saint-Thibault les vignes'. I dragged my poor husband to Guermantes [place of disappearance of the girl , in 2003] and I went straight to Estelle's house, which I did not know. I met her mother who greeted me. I said to her: 'Your little girl was killed in Saint-Thibault the vines and now she is buried. "I saw white sand, rather in the forest of Rambouillet. And I was made to draw a portrait of the person I saw. It was Fourniret. And always, I say it's Fourniret. "

These are very violent images, I have not always lived them well

Geneviève Delpech says that she does not always live very well with her "gift". "These are very violent images, anyway. I did not always live them well. I even wanted it to stop. And it was Michel (Delpech, the singer), my husband, who really touched me We were very friendly and he was very sweet. Sometimes I cry, I feel people's agony, "she explains. Before continuing: "It's very violent, it's not cinema."

The medium also recounts an experience that occurred shortly before the death of Coluche, whom she knew. Coluche was on his birthday. "There were people and I said to Michel: 'Good God, he's going to change his motorcycle and he's going to kill himself'. So Michel went to see Coluche, who came to see me. He said to me: ' So my hen, it seems that I'm going to have a hard time on a motorbike! "And I told him it was serious. But he didn't listen to me."

The episode comes two weeks before the comedian's death in a motorcycle accident, says the medium. "It has often happened to me: I warn people of an accident, the accident happens because they did not listen to me", continues Geneviève Delpech. Before concluding: "Sometimes I feel helpless, I lack answers."
