The Syrian artist, George Wassouf, denied his infection with the Coronavirus, which has recently spread through social media.
He wrote on his official page on Facebook: "When I wake up and see a large number of contacts, saying the best rumor today?!, I hope the decent press to verify the information before it is published or transferred from one site to another."
The artist confirmed that he is in very good health, and that his latest works and news will be revealed by his private office, or what is published through his official page.
And websites reported, citing sources close to the famous singer, that he could not complete his latest artwork, the song "Sweetness of the Soul", because of his health.
George Wassouf was last seen on social media in April, with a picture message from inside his house urging his fans to stay in their homes for fear of being infected with the Coronavirus.
