  The official Weibo of Nanyang City Public Security Bureau@平安南阳 issued a notice from the signed Meixi Branch that at 16:00 on June 13, the Meixi Branch received a report from the masses that someone had trafficked children and immediately ordered the police to rush to the scene for disposal.

  Yin Mou (5 years old) and his partner were cheated by Fang Mou (female, 61 years old, from Wolong District, Nanyang City) passing by the Meixi River Embankment in the Cultural Village. Yin Mou Father noticed that his son was missing. After tracing for two kilometers along the way, the police found Yin and Fang on Meixi Road, and returned Yin to his parents safely.

  According to the report, after reviewing the medical records and diagnosis certificates of the relevant medical institutions, the police confirmed that Fang was a patient with mental disorders and had coordinated with the relevant hospital for treatment.
