The Vendetta  book , a figure of Corsican banditry, Jean-Luc Germani, imprisoned in Arles, asking for the ban may appear on Thursday, judged the Paris court on Wednesday evening.

During the summary hearing (emergency) Wednesday morning, the defense of Jean-Luc Germani had asked the court to delay the publication of the book, scheduled for Thursday, in order to remove the passages affecting their client.

Excerpts from the plays

His lawyers referred to chapter 23: "Jean-Luc Germani, sworn and untouchable enemy". The authors of the book, the journalists Violette Lazard and Marion Galland, retranscribe tapes made at the end of 2015 at the request of an examining magistrate while Corsica was in prison at Baumettes, in Marseille. Microphones were hidden in his cell.

Jean-Luc Germani's lawyers were pursuing the book on three grounds: concealment of the violation of the secrecy of the instruction, the invasion of private life and the imminent damage. “Jean-Luc Germani talks a lot. What he says is likely to be life-threatening, ”pleaded his lawyer Catherine Cohen.
