Dagens Nyheter reports that Filmstaden opens individual cinemas in big cities after midsummer.
- We have decided to open some of the cinemas in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö on June 24. Our ambition is to open all our cinemas throughout the country during the summer, but exact dates depend on the movie premieres. We very much hope for a definitive message for big films like Christopher Nolans Tenet and Mulan, says Helena Eklund, Marketing Manager at Filmstaden, to the magazine.
On Thursday, the Swedish cinema giant decided to open cinemas in the Mall of Scandinavia in Stockholm, Bergakungen in Gothenburg, Storgatan in Malmö and Filmstaden in Västerås.
