A four-year-old girl who was abused and beaten in Heilongjiang has been discharged from the hospital.
At 18:00 on June 9th, Surging News (www.thepaper.cn) learned from the Publicity Section of Harbin Children's Hospital that the girl Yu Mouqian, who had been beaten to cause brain injury and coma for nearly a month, had been abused in Jiansanjiang Reclamation Area, Heilongjiang Province. He was discharged from hospital on June 2 and returned home for rehabilitation.
According to previous reports from Peng Mei News, the girl's parents were divorced. During the life of her biological father with a certain dragon, on April 23, she was beaten several times by Qu Moumou, a woman living with Yu Moulong, causing severe brain injuries and secondary nasal bone fractures. She fell into a coma. On April 29th, Yu Mouqian was transferred from the local hospital to Harbin Children's Hospital and has been in the ICU.
At noon on April 29, the local police reported that the suspects Qu Moumou and Yu Moulong had been criminally detained by Jiansanjiang Branch of the Heilongjiang Provincial Public Security Bureau for suspected intentional injury.
On June 1, a staff member of the Propaganda Department of Harbin Children's Hospital told Peng Mei News, "After full treatment, the girl's condition has been well recovered." The girl has been awake for a while, but her mental state is not very good. The hospital suggested that the girl could go home for rehabilitation. But following the advice of her family, she is still in hospital for observation and treatment.
On May 5, Jiansanjiang People's Procuratorate approved the arrest of Qu Tingting and Yu Chuanlong, the suspects in the case of intentionally injuring and abusing girls in Jiansanjiang Chuangye Farm in Heilongjiang Province. At the same time, the Jiansanjiang People's Procuratorate supported the murdered girl's biological mother Zhang Moumou to file a civil suit to change the parental relationship. The case is in the court proceedings.
Jiansanjiang People's Court issued a notice on May 8 that after the court presided over the mediation, the two parties negotiated voluntarily and the custody of the girl Xiaoqian was changed to Zhang Moumou (Xiaoqian's biological mother) due to Chuanlong (Xiaoqian's biological father).
