At 10:25 on June 9th, the command center of the Guilin Fire Rescue Detachment received orders from the municipal government: many roads and landslides in Gaotian Town, Yangshuo County leading to Gudeng Village Committee, the entire village committee was interrupted in traffic, water and power were cut off, No cell phone signal, landslides and landslides occurred in Huangtuba Village, Dashan Village in Puyi Township, Gule Village, Upstream Village, Jinbao Countryside Xincun Village, etc. Most houses were seriously damaged, and a large number of people were trapped. Organize the rescue on site. The Guilin City Fire and Rescue Detachment immediately dispatched 10 emergency formations, 24 fire engines, 2 pickup trucks, 10 rubber boats, 2 search and rescue dogs, and 164 commanders to the disposal.

In Xinbao Village, Jinbao Village, Yangshuo, nearly 30 villagers were besieged by landslides and needed emergency evacuation. Fire rescue personnel immediately rushed to the scene. After more than 2 hours of hard work, the rescuers arrived at Xinbao Village, Jinbao Village, knocking on the door from door to door, shouting that the trapped people were moving at a speed. One of the old people was reluctant to leave, and the firefighters patiently counseled the old people to let them cooperate. Evacuate. Fire and rescue personnel used ropes to make a fulcrum at the other end of the river because of the flood, and fixed the ropes of the traction rubber boat, tied the rubber boat into the water, and the two firefighters worked together to steer the helm and cooperate with the firefighters on the shore. Pull the rubber boat together and transfer the trapped villagers. At 14:28, the 27 trapped villagers were successfully transferred to a safe area.

In Gudeng Village, at 13:39, the fire rescue personnel learned from the local village cadres that 87 trapped persons had all been transferred from the local village committee to a safe zone, but due to the road collapse and the interruption of traffic, materials were in short supply. Rescuers walked through more than 10 landslides in the rain and traveled for about 2 hours before entering Dashan Village. It is understood that there are 8 or 9 natural villages in Dashan Village. The on-site commander immediately divided rescuers into 8 search and rescue teams and township cadres to go to each natural village to search and rescue each household. As of now, there are no casualties.
