Research into the design of a Covid-19 vaccine continues. For vaccines, the manufacturing processes are often long and delicate. A large part of the process involves performing tests to check their security.

From the laboratory to the field, how do you develop a vaccine? How to measure its effectiveness? How to check your security? Why do they remain irreplaceable allies against infections?

  • Pr Tandakha Dieye , Professor of Immunology at Cheikh Anta Diop University, Specialist in Vaccinology, Member of the Measles and Rubella Verification Commission for WHO in Africa
  • Bérengère Guais , coordinator of the Emergency Doctors Without Borders pool  in North Kivu, based in Goma, DRC
  • Benoît Gamain , director of research at the CNRS, who works on the malaria vaccine project for pregnant women and infants, with INSERM and the University of Paris.
