During the confinement, they repeatedly made concerts via social networks. This week, they will deliver this, but directly, to the most vulnerable by the health crisis linked to the coronavirus. Unable to resume normal activity, the musicians of the National Orchestra of Lyon decided to go to nursing homes and hospitals in the Lyon region to offer concerts to residents of these establishments, said the Auditorium.

Bach, Vivaldi, Mozart, Verdi, Bizet and many other composers will be featured in the open-air concerts planned by the musicians in the courtyards and gardens of hospitals and centers for the elderly. They will go in particular to several nursing homes in the 7th and 4th arrondissements of Lyon, but also to the Vinatier hospital in Bron. A program which could be enriched with new dates depending on the demand of the establishments concerned.
