The Covid-19 epidemic is currently "controlled" in France, said this Friday the President of the Scientific Council, Professor Jean-François Delfraissy. The researchers who make up this independent body have imagined four scenarios for the evolution of the coronavirus epidemic, ranging from a “controlled epidemic” to “critical degradation”. They reject the solution of a new containment and recommend the development, as of now, of a reinforced prevention and protection plan. Explanations from Franck Chauvin, professor of public health at the University of Saint-Etienne, president of the High Council of Public Health and member of the Scientific Council.
