The director of a primary school in Saint-Laurent-du-Var (Alpes-Maritimes) committed suicide in his establishment, we learned this Saturday from concordant sources.
The director was found Saturday morning by the dead, hanged rescuers, said a source close to the file. He was 64 and expected to retire soon, Mayor Joseph Segura, who visited the site, told AFP.
He was a man "passionate about school", director of this small establishment of five classes and 120 pupils in a rather favored district for twenty years, added the mayor.
