[Commentary] Li Yuee told reporters that the current expenditure of the Small Animal Protection Center mainly depends on her monthly pension and donations from local lovers through the WeChat rescue platform. During the epidemic, many families chose to abandon their pets because of misunderstandings about the spread of the epidemic, and the number of stray animals in the protection center rose from 400 to more than 600.

The number of (stray animals) we rescued to the center was about 70 to 80, and so far it has exceeded 100. The rescued dogs must be vaccinated, three shots of immune vaccines, and one shot of rabies, and every dog needs to be shot.
[Explanation] Even so, Li Yue'e and other caring volunteers still insist on the rescue of stray animals. At the Protection Center, the reporter also saw many wailing little guys. Li Yue'e said that they were all born from stray animals rescued during the epidemic.
