Reverse 20 years old habits, 96 trash cans were cleared downstairs
In Wanboyuan Community, Baizhifang Street, Xicheng District, Beijing, the four towers have a special design-garbage room, located at the entrance of each floor, and 8 residents share one. In other words, there are 96 indoor garbage rooms in the 4 buildings of the community. In the past, residents did not have to leave the door to throw garbage, just throw it in the garbage room, this habit has continued for 20 years.
The seemingly convenient design has become a hidden danger to the sanitation of the building. Especially after the outbreak of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic, these garbage rooms have become a major difficulty in epidemic prevention. After soliciting opinions from residents, all 96 trash cans in the four towers were cleared.
Without the garbage room in the building, where to set up garbage bins outside the building has become a big problem. It is suspected that the trash can is too close to the window of the house, and it is suspected that the trash can be thrown down the stairs too far. With the implementation of the "Beijing Municipal Waste Management Regulations", the community has repeatedly called residents in the community to carry out democratic deliberations, and finally found a solution that everyone is satisfied with-set up a fixed garbage station in front of Building 6 and put it in uniform .

At present, the garbage classification exposure platform is being piloted in Huateng Garden and Fulton Center in Jinsong Street, Chaoyang District, and will be promoted in the whole area in the near future.
According to reports, the QR codes of the trash bin stations in the pilot communities have been positioned accordingly. After scanning the QR codes and logging in the public account of "Chaoyang Mass Management City", the residents select the relevant exposure type, upload one to three real shot pictures and submit them. . After the case is exposed, the system will quickly dispatch it to the corresponding street township and enter the case circulation process. Residents can also keep track of the outcome of the case in the public account.
The relevant person in charge of the Urban Management Committee of Chaoyang District said that the most important purpose of developing such a platform is to allow the whole society to participate in the supervision of garbage classification, so that the public can participate, and understand the garbage classification more intuitively and comprehensively. Two-level organization and three-level management, accurate garbage classification

Over the past year, Fengtai Sub-district has carried out garbage classification, and a total of more than 37,000 households have completed the registration of the small program of the garbage classification operation and maintenance service system. At present, the participation rate of residents has reached 69%, and more than 2,600 tons of kitchen waste have been separated, which has effectively improved the environment of the jurisdiction.
Shan Jie, deputy director of Fengtai Sub-district, said that in the future, the street will carry out a five-in-one publicity campaign for garbage classification "into households, into schools, into communities, into institutions, into public places" to raise residents' awareness of garbage classification and popularize relevant knowledge.
