If "We are not lying", Laurent Ruquier's program on France 2, stops in June, the host does not disappear from the chain. According to producer Pierre-Antoine Capton, invited on Thursday from Europe 1, France Télévisions gives him priority to offer a new format in the second half of the evening on Saturday.

We know that Laurent Ruquier will stop next June We are not in bed . After fourteen seasons, the legendary France 2 talk show should therefore disappear from the grid. It remains to be seen whether the host will still be present next season to host the second parts of the evening, and with what format. In Paris , Laurent Ruquier confided, laconic, that he had some ideas in mind, but that he was "not on the lookout to keep this box".

Guest of Culture Media on Thursday , Philippe Vandel's program on Europe 1, independent producer Pierre-Antoine Capton, who is already working with the chain on the new version of Le Grand Chiquier , also admitted to eyeing this installment. "Do I have a project for this box? Yes. But I think Laurent Ruquier wants to continue, that he has priority," concedes the producer. 

"It seems normal to me that Laurent Ruquier will be the first option [from France 2, editor's note ]. If he decided to stop and that France televisions would be looking for a project, we would talk about it", continues Pierre-Antoine Capton. He also believes that collaboration with the animator is possible. "I could perfectly produce a program presented by Laurent Ruquier. I have already done so in the past," he slips.
