At noon on May 19, a whale and dolphin ran aground in the waters off the shore of Inner Harbour in Beihai, Guangxi. After the fishermen found out, they immediately reported to the Beihai Municipal Marine Comprehensive Law Enforcement Detachment, and the detachment immediately instructed the third brigade to go to the disposal. Subsequently, the law enforcement officers immediately coordinated the speedboat and, with the assistance of several enthusiastic fishermen, transported it to the deep sea for release.
