Marseille children enrolled in CE1 (excluding REP), CE2 and CM1 will not resume school until Tuesday, June 2. The mayor of Marseille announced in a press release that their resumption, initially scheduled for May 25, was postponed.
"The transmission of the survey allowing to know the present workforce came too late because of the Ascension Bridge", specifies the town hall in this press release.
The town hall specifies in its press release that 4,679 children were received in the 406 municipal schools. 1,642 agents were present to take care of them, not counting the teachers.
