[Commentary] Recently, in Yushu City, Jilin Province, a special "bun shop" has been welcomed by local citizens. This so-called "bun shop" is only made up of two plastic stools and an insulated box, and the breakfast food they sell is from the hands of kindergarten teachers.
At about 4:30 in the morning on May 19th, a reporter from the China News Agency came to this "cross-border" bun shop and saw that under the leadership of Tang Yanfang, director of the kindergarten of the Yushu Broadcasting Bureau, everyone was busy in the kitchen of the kindergarten It's hot.
A dozen of chefs and teachers in this kindergarten were busy making noodles and stuffing, making buns, buns and other breakfasts.
Tang Yanfang told reporters that due to the impact of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic, the funding chain of the kindergarten was once interrupted. Tang Yanfang introduced that most of the buns are bought by citizens who go to the morning market for shopping, as well as the kindergarten "little students" who are at home because of the epidemic situation.
It is understood that in order to make a delicious and nutritious breakfast, these "cross-border chefs" have painstakingly developed a lot of flavored buns for customers to choose. When the sales volume is the best, 700 buns can be sold in a day.

Today we made another pot.

Tang Yanfang told reporters that their "self-help" action was strongly supported by the local government, and they almost got their business licenses under the "green light", which made Tang Yanfang feel warm and motivated to move forward.
She said that in the future, it will continue to expand its breakfast list according to market demand, and send the "good dishes" of kindergartens to the citizens' breakfast tables.
