The World Health Organization is holding its 73rd annual meeting in Geneva virtually today and tomorrow. The 194 member countries are expected to adopt by consensus a resolution brought by the European Union, calling for an independent investigation into the work of WHO since the appearance of the new coronavirus in late December in China. A draft resolution must also be studied to request "universal and equitable access and a fair distribution of all essential, safe, effective and affordable health technologies and products". To talk about it Florent Guignard interviewed Nathalie Ernoult, advocacy manager at Médecins sans frontières for the access to essential medicines campaign.
