7:12 am: Back to school for students from "green" areas

After the breath of fresh air of the first weekend, students of 6th and 5th of the 4,000 middle schools located in the green zone are back in class this Monday in regions less affected by the epidemic. After the return to class last week of 1.4 million schoolchildren across the country, the deconfinement in college will cut, this time, France in two.

Nothing will change on Monday for middle school students from the four regions in the "red zone", including Ile-de-France, who will have to wait until the end of the month to find out if they will return to class. For their comrades in the “green zone”, the start of the school year will be done with counted steps - 150,000 students only on Monday - and by complying with draconian health rules such as the compulsory wearing of a mask.
