He has a father in his eighties who has Alzheimer's disease and is often lost. The entire family, his father, and his family's expenses are all supported by him working alone.

[Commentary] Zhang Weisheng admits that Gong Jianhua, who has communication difficulties, has also had bad reviews from users. Once when he delivered the meal, the user did not answer the phone or read the text message, he could only knock on the door. The user thought that he was pretending to be a deaf mute late, and called the police.

[Explanation] In order to let the silent rider deliver the takeaway, Zhang Weisheng established a working group of silent riders. He left his phone number in the text message sent to the user and became the ear and mouth of the silent rider. At the same time, in order to communicate with Gong Jianhua, Zhang Weisheng wrote the common words in life and the common words in the delivery process on paper, and let Gong Jianhua teach him sign language.

(Me) through him, I also learn from him (sign language), for example, such things do not time out, do a good job. Doing good service and not overtime these things, I talk to him every day, we hope to provide them with a platform, so that they can better reflect their value.

[Explanation] In order to improve the safety when riding, Zhang Weisheng also put a reflective sign on the silent rider's meal box. In these 4 years, 3 silent riders came here to join this site.

Zhang Weisheng said frankly that taking silent riders really takes more effort than taking other riders, but he is very willing, "They have light in their eyes, and they teach us to love life."

Today, there are more than 2,000 handicapped riders on the platform. Relying on their own struggles, many of them have established a family through this profession, and even become a role model for young people.
