Affected by the recent heavy rains, the water levels of rivers and reservoirs in Xing'an County, Guilin City, Guangxi skyrocketed, causing many waterlogging disasters. Many houses were flooded in low-lying areas in some urban areas, and the masses were besieged by the flood.
At 6: 1 on May 16th, the Xing'an County Fire Rescue Brigade received an alarm, saying that a waterlogging occurred at the Chengbei Printing Factory on Yingbin Road in Xing'an County, and three people in the plant were trapped. At 6:20, after continuous search by fire rescue personnel, the three trapped persons were successfully found. At 6:50, the trapped three people were successfully transferred to a safe area.
