The start of the new school year will take place on Monday for the 6th and 5th pupils of the Ille-et-Vilaine middle schools. But according to information from the academy, which surveyed parents, only 50% of the troops should be at the meeting Monday morning in the 59 public colleges of the department. In private education, they will be even fewer. Of the 12,500 pupils in grades 6 and 5 managed by the diocese, only 35% of the enrollment should be in class on Monday, after a two-month truce linked to the epidemic of coronavirus.

To allow college students to resume classes, the 570 agents of the departmental council working in maintenance or restoration worked to disinfect the premises. From Monday, the classrooms, as well as the toilets, will be cleaned twice a day "with particular attention to the switches, door handles and surfaces in contact with the pupils", specifies the department, which adds that " maintenance workers will be equipped with protections ”.

The decision to reopen classes 4 and 3 should be made "in late May," said the government. The one concerning high schools is still not recorded either.
