Drinking water

Water must be drunk a lot to prevent dehydration, because all the body’s functions need a watery medium, so exercise leads to an additional effort on all parts of the body and not only on the muscles. In addition to increasing the rate of sweating, which means that the amount of water in the body decreases, and therefore there is a concentration in the urine, and may lead to infections in pregnant women. Also, a pregnant woman needs an increase in water in the same proportion in which she gained weight, which may reach 40%.
