On the afternoon of May 12, a tourist was riding a zipline in a scenic spot in Xingtai, Hebei, and was preparing to go down the mountain. Unexpectedly, the zipline malfunctioned and was trapped 60 meters from the starting point and 120 meters from the ground.

18 local fire rescue personnel and 3 fire trucks rushed to the scene to rescue. When the fire rescue personnel arrived, they quickly set up rescue ropes, put on rescue equipment, and used the ropes to send the rescuers to the trapped tourists. Other rescue personnel tightened the safety ropes at the departure point to prevent accidents. After nearly a minute of lowering the rope, the rescuers reached the trapped person's position, while comforting the trapped tourist, while asking the visitor's physical condition, while wearing a safety helmet and drinking water for the trapped tourist. After confirming that the tourists are in good health, the fire rescue personnel quickly put on safety equipment for them and do double protection, then notify the departure point personnel to slowly pull the safety rope. After nearly 30 minutes of intensive rescue, the trapped tourists were successfully rescued. (Reporter Li Qian edits Chi Hanyu)
