Lot numbers to check

The affected lot number is "3FRMDB08". "Their recommended consumption date (DCR) is between April 26 and May 14, 2020," said the site for consumer protection.

Eggs bearing the lot number "3FRMDB67" and whose consumption date is between April 27 and May 18 are also affected. You can find detailed information on these Carrefour, Netto and Matines lots on the website of 60 Million consumers.

People who bought these eggs should not eat them; they can bring them back to the store for reimbursement. Salmonella can cause salmonellosis, which results in digestive upset with fever and headaches. These symptoms generally occur between 6 and 72 hours after ingestion of the contaminated product, recalls ANSES.
