Vladimir Putin again appeared before us during the period of the crisis, and I believe that once again we saw the difference between his attitude to his work and the endless stream of words of those who want to sit in this chair.

There are people in our history who did not run away at the moment of a real threat to their (I emphasize - to their) life. And right now, we are seeing how some of our oligarchs - people who have a constant desire for power - show: their shirt is closer to the body. So, Putin’s speeches are convincing, not only because of the brilliant work of the referents, but because they have a feeling of readiness to die for their country. And how do you like this, Ilon Mask (Bulk, Sable, Sobchak - underline what you need)?

Firstly, the president’s words are addressed not only to us. Please note: the rhetoric has become, on the one hand, warmer and somehow reminded me of Churchill’s speeches during the outbreak of World War II, and on the other hand, notes of irritation flashed in Putin’s voice that the money allocated to doctors didn’t reach everyone. If you think that the four days given by the president to resolve this issue are normal, then you do not know anything about bureaucracy. Four days is a very tough deadline.

I listened to yesterday’s speech, and it seems to me that this is one of Putin’s best speeches in all 20 years of his work in the highest posts of our state. We all see a flexible, energetic and demanding politician who is well aware of his responsibility to people and the fact that his words contain a unique opportunity to force even the most clumsy official to flee.

My team has parents with many children, and even they - people who do not expect special preferences from the state - were pleasantly surprised by the news about payments for all children aged three to 15 years inclusive. For at least three years now we have been living in a paradigm of unique attention to families with children. The entire set of measures to support children and their parents is an example of very accurate assistance to needy categories of people. It’s not populism like 20 thousand rubles for everyone and not throwing between the offer to help only the strong, and then it’s not clear to anyone at all. Yesterday we saw an example of practical policies aimed at overcoming the crisis.

The preservation of jobs by entrepreneurs at all levels has been declared a priority from the very beginning of the anti-crisis work of the government. But capitalism is always about bonuses. And we saw a simple and important causal relationship: managed to maintain 90% of the staff - received a write-off of the subsidy for employee benefits. Saved 80% - write off half.

The regime for the self-employed removed more than 300 thousand individual entrepreneurs from the gray zone. A tax refund for 2019 encourages the most honest.

Isn't this what we expect in relations with the state - protection at all times and help in difficult times?

Since we saw that the president not only agrees and makes anti-crisis decisions, but also regularly refines and expands them, I’m sure that we will see such work in the future. In general, I would like to hope that all our officials will work in crisis mode and for many years after the consequences of the recession are overcome.

I understand that not all of the regional leaders like the expansion of their powers. But those governors with whom I spoke in my Quarantine Interviews understand that these are additional tools for quick and efficient work. Surely the president will analyze the effectiveness of the governor’s corps as soon as the regional management regime becomes a little less emergency and a number of seats are vacated for those who are showing their best right now. And this is also an example of practical politics. Scratching your tongue before the elections is also a talent, but if your hands sweat and you fall into managerial paralysis, you simply do not meet the requirements of the time.

In addition, I think that not one of me was touched by Putin’s very warm address to our elderly parents. “Relatives” is an appeal that I have not heard before. We all know that the indifference of a civil servant is a sentence that cancels any efficiency. I want to believe that governors and ministers not only heard comments, but also drew attention to how Putin talks with a people who have trusted him for so many years.

The President, by personal example, shows us the following: we will overcome the crisis only with an indifferent attitude to each other, with effective work in conditions close to critical, and with a demonstration of flexibility in decision-making. In my opinion, this is a good example that anyone can follow.
