It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the post of Durov in his Telegram channel.
“I am writing this post to officially announce that Telegram’s active participation in TON has been completed,” he wrote.
According to him, on the Internet you can see sites that use his name, the Telegram brand or the abbreviation TON to promote their projects, but, as Durov pointed out, they should not trust their money and data.
“None of the present or former members of our team is involved in any of these projects,” the entrepreneur added.
