Michelin-starred restaurants that received stars from the Michelin Guide, a guide to gourmet restaurants in France, donated homemade lunch boxes for Corona 19 medical staff and senior citizens living alone.

Today (12th), the Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that it delivered a lunchbox made by chefs selected by Michelin Korea to the Corona 19 medical staff and elderly living alone through the Greater Food Bank Center.

It is known that there were 27 restaurants that participated in this event and delivered 1,500 lunch boxes.
The Michelin star restaurant also said it decided to participate as a lunch box donation event aimed at overcoming the difficult situation, although Corona 19 also suffered a closure crisis.

"We hope this lunchbox is a warm support to the medical staff who have been serving the citizens for a long time, and it will be a little pleasure and comfort to the elderly who are having a hard time alone," said Michelin Korea, who hosted the event.

The city of Seoul also added, "I hope that sharing lunches will help some vulnerable groups such as senior citizens living alone as well as medical staff tired of prolonging epidemics." He continued, "We will do our best to deliver diverse and useful resources to difficult neighbors in the future."
