At about 13:00 noon on May 9, a traffic accident occurred on Jinbo Street, Xixia District, Yinchuan City, Ningxia. A van was blown over by a small cyclone that was suddenly blown up.
The police called the monitoring section of the incident and learned that the light van was suddenly blown up by the cyclone while waiting for the traffic lights at the intersection of Great Wall West Road and Jinbo Street. After the vehicle vacated and rotated 360 degrees, it fell into the green belt next to it. After the police arrived at the scene, it was found that the driver and the occupants were only slightly bruised.
