A Boeing 737 of Southwest Airlines landing at Austin Bergstrom International Airport in Texas killed a worker who was at the wrong time on the runway.

The airport administration confirmed the death, noting that the victim was an operations vehicle driver and that his presence on the runway was wrong and that he was not supposed to be at that point in the meantime.

The British "Daily Mail" website confirmed that the airport administration did not yet know how this person passed the separation security measures, stressing that the pilot made his effort to avoid runaway the worker to no avail, especially since the plane was in the first moments of the plane touching the runway and that avoiding the run over accident was an impossible task.
