On April 29, 2020, the Jiansanjiang Branch of the Heilongjiang Provincial Public Security Bureau issued a police report stating that a 4-year-old girl who lived in Jiansanjiang Pioneer Farm was beaten, causing multiple injuries to her body, which was more serious. After investigation, the suspects were the girl ’s father ’s cohabiting girlfriend and the girl ’s father. The two were criminally detained by Jiansanjiang Branch of Heilongjiang Provincial Public Security Bureau for suspected intentional injury.
According to the police report, at 12:50 on April 23, 2020, the Jiansanjiang Branch of the Heilongjiang Provincial Public Security Bureau received an alarm: a girl who lives in Jiansanjiang Pioneer Farm Yu Mouqian (4 years old) suffered multiple injuries and injuries He was more serious and was suspected of being beaten. He was being treated in Sanjiang People's Hospital.
After receiving the police, the Sanjiang Branch of the Heilongjiang Provincial Public Security Bureau immediately organized a capable police force to carry out investigation work. After investigation and evidence collection, Qu Moumou (30 years old, unemployed, Yu Mouqian's father living with his girlfriend), and Yu Moulong (28 years old, self-employed, Yu Mouqian's father) had serious suspicions, and the public security organ summoned the two according to law.

Minor wounds were secondary, with mechanical external forces causing surface abrasions, bite-induced skin damage, body surface scalds, facial soft tissue wounds, and lower left central incisor crown folds as minor injuries.

On May 4, Qu Tingting and Yu Chuanlong ’s intentionally injured and abused girl, Yu Moumou ’s biological mother Zhang Moumou, filed a lawsuit with the Jiansanjiang People ’s Court, requesting that the custody of her married daughter Yu Mou be given to her. Father Yu Chuanlong changed to Zhang Moumou. The procuratorial organ supports prosecution. Jiansanjiang People's Court opened the case on the same day. After presiding over mediation, the two parties negotiated to voluntarily reach an agreement to change custody rights, and the custody rights of Yu Moumou changed to Zhang Moumou due to Chuanlong. The agreement is now legally effective.
On May 5, the Jiansanjiang People's Procuratorate approved the arrest of Qu Tingting and Yu Chuanlong, the suspects in the case of intentionally injuring and abusing girls in Jiansanjiang Chuangye Farm in Heilongjiang Province.
At present, the case of Qu Tingting and Yu Chuanlong's intentional injury and ill-treatment are at the investigation stage. After the procuratorial organ filed a public prosecution, the court will try the case according to law.
