  On the evening of May 7, Mr. Tian, ​​the head of the CLP Motor Brand Department, confirmed to the reporter of the Beijing News that the company has confirmed that for "unauthorized entry into the Huayong Motor Factory and shooting," the Yixing City Public Security Bureau decided not to file a case. .   This "farce" can be traced back to April 18th. On the afternoon of the same day, Wang Jianyu, the former chairman of CLP Electric, overcame the wall alone and entered the Huayong Motor factory, and photographed the company's production line. After being discovered by the staff, he went to other parts of the factory. Later, they were controlled by the security personnel and called the police. That night, Wang Jianyu was taken away by the police for investigation.

  On the evening of April 19th, CLP Electric issued an announcement admitting that Wang Jianyu had passed the wall without permission and entered Huayong Motor. It was also stated that Wang Jianyu had not been subjected to personal coercive measures and had not received relevant information from relevant departments. The notice of case investigation can be performed normally without being affected.

  According to public information, CLP Motor is one of the major domestic manufacturers of large and medium-sized AC and DC motors, and it was listed in November 2014. Huayong Motor is mainly engaged in the supporting production business of wind turbines, and it has some overlap with many businesses of CLP Motor. Its controlling shareholder is Zhejiang private enterprise giant Dunan Holding Group.

  CEC Motor ’s first quarter report for 2020 shows that Wang Jianyu holds 22.5% of CEC Motor ’s shares and is the largest shareholder of CEC Motor. The announcement shows that from September 2011 to November 2018, Wang Jianyu served as chairman and general manager of CLP Motor. Until November 9, 2018, CLP Motor announced that Wang Jianyu stepped down as chairman, but still held the position of general manager.
