Implementation is uneven

At the same time, there must be at least one drop point for recyclables and hazardous waste in the community. The communities with conditions can also set up temporary storage sites for large-size garbage and decoration garbage according to local conditions.

During the "May Day" period, Beijing conducted a surprise inspection of the implementation of the "Regulations" and the development of garbage classification. The inspection found that the barrel stations in some communities were not standardized enough, the duty of the barrel stations was insufficient, and the classification of kitchen waste was not pure; some communities and properties also had insufficient mobilization issues. Li Rugang, deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Management Committee, said that these problems will be implemented one by one.
