According to the report, at 16:44 on the 4th, the command center of the Kunming City Fire Rescue Detachment received an alarm: the house on the demolition site on the east side of the Xingti Garden Community, Guangfu Road, Guandu District, Kunming City collapsed. After receiving the police, the command center immediately dispatched rescue forces to the scene and started the full-duty command procedure.
After arriving at the scene, the fire rescue forces conducted investigations and interrogated insiders as soon as possible, delineated the search area and carried out the search in a timely manner. At 18:33, a trapped person (middle-aged male, about 40 years old) was rescued and handed over to 120 for treatment without risk of life.

It is understood that the site is a self-constructed building (derelict) of a two-story brick and concrete structure of about 300 square meters in the demolition site, which collapsed during the demolition process.
