"It is not invented by snapping your fingers. This period allows us to finally measure how science advances: it advances in small steps, by hypotheses. We make an experiment, we validate. "It takes time to understand this virus"

"Science is faced with problems and it tries to answer them, but the answer does not necessarily come immediately. We have had great confidence in our science since the 1950s. We believed that as soon as a problem arose posed, it was enough to snap fingers to have the answer. But that is not the case ", continues the presenter.

"We discover this virus, it takes time to understand how it works, where it is necessary to act to prevent it from doing damage, to invent a vaccine," continues Jamy, who says he read many scientific publications related to the coronavirus. "I read a lot, I try to understand the protocols. I never allow myself to make a prognosis, because I am not able to make a prognosis until we have done a study in good conditions ", he estimates cautiously.
