Yves Camdeborde offers a simple recipe to make around cheese, here Pélardon, an original cheese protected with raw goat milk.
For 2 people
Utensils:
1 knife
1 board
1 baking pan
1 sheet of parchment paper
Ingredients:
1 Pelardon
2 circles of 10 cm puff pastry
1 teaspoon lavender honey
1 twig of thyme
Olive oil
Freshly ground pepper
Production :
Cut your Pelardon in half horizontally, place a half in the center of each puff pastry, pepper lightly, drizzle with a few drops of olive oil and pour the honey over it.
Bake (in the baking sheet on parchment paper) in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle some thyme flowers on top and serve with a nice salad.
