The crisis in the crisis. Food insecurity reached more than 135 million people in 55 countries and territories at the end of 2019. Main factors: conflicts, climate change and economic turbulence.

The Covid-19 crisis will affect a number of countries, especially in sub-Saharan Africa, whose farmers may not have access to the necessary seeds. Travel restrictions are a real obstacle to humanitarian aid. The Covid-19 comes at the worst time.
