Seine-Saint-Denis, north of Paris, is one of the departments most heavily affected by Covid-19 with a much higher number of deaths in March compared to March 2019 (+ 62%). It is also a very poor department where containment measures are particularly difficult to live with. Eating has even become very complicated for some families.
