The developments witnessed by Libya in the past weeks changed all scales and plans in a short time, and for the first time since the beginning of the crisis in Libya, the war equation was turned upside down.

Despite the announcement of the ceasefire that was reached by an international agreement that brought together the internationally recognized national reconciliation government and the revolutionary general Khalifa Hifter, this coup was imagined that the whole world’s preoccupation with the Corona pandemic would create a golden opportunity to launch a severe attack on Tripoli, and it would succeed. And, from this he aspires to seize it, taking advantage of all the guarantees provided by this agreement.

In fact, this treacherous movement came in proportion to the intention of Haftar, which was not hidden from anyone from the beginning. Everyone used to defraud it and broke it with covenants. Although he participated - and he was lamenting - in the Libyan conference in Berlin last January, and he formally accepted the ceasefire, he continued his attacks.

In fact, the biggest mistake the international community made - from the start - was that it assumed that there were "two equal parties" (the legitimate government and the coup couriers) in the Libyan crisis, and he acted as a mediator seeking to resolve a dispute between them !! This was a fatal mistake, because originally there were no two parties equal in "right."

On the one hand, there was a government of national consensus that was formed through the election and support of the Libyan people, and it is recognized by the international community as the legitimate government of the country, and on the other side is an aggressive party that tries to overthrow the legitimate government and oppress it, by means of weapons that someone surrendered to it against the legitimate government .

In addition, this coup derived its legitimacy only from the power of the weapons that some countries had in its hands, and during the use of these weapons a series of war crimes and crimes against humanity occurred.

"
Haftar saw that this timing is an opportunity to attack Tripoli and finish the mission, at a time when everyone is busy with himself against Corona. However, he saw with his own eyes - and painfully - that the result he had based was based on very incorrect calculations.
"

Unfortunately, at the Berlin conference, this (imposed de facto) force was formally treated as a legitimate part of the negotiating table, with all the crimes against humanity committed by these coupists ignored.

The principle of perfect justice says: that any person - whoever it is - has the power to act does not give him legitimacy. Unfortunately, however, we find the international community is unable to stop this actual force that does not respect the principles of the international community, even if it turns into a crime machine against humanity.

It was clear that, based on the power he possessed, Haftar would not stop war and genocide, because the forces behind him (Egypt, the Emirates, and France) were inciting him to continue, and urging him not to stop until the whole of Libya was taken. Haftar does not derive his power and legitimacy from his people, but rather it draws from these countries, and for that, his power - no matter how old - will not give him legitimacy, so his legitimacy is like the legitimacy of the invaders.

Most likely, those who brought him to this war convinced him that he would face trial for the war crimes he committed if he stopped, and that the only way not to face this situation is to follow the coup until the end, no matter how much the financial cost, and whatever the cost of the matter.

Therefore, he found - according to his own logic - that compliance with international agreements would be useless, as he found himself in an irreversible way, because the regression would pave the way for his trial.

Therefore, Haftar saw this timing as an opportunity to attack Tripoli and finish the mission, at a time when everyone is preoccupied with facing Corona. However, he saw painfully with his own eyes that the result he had suffered was based on very incorrect calculations.

The Arab proverb "has gone back with the fear of Hanin" applies exactly to the situation in which Haftar has occurred now, because he poured his price and flame on civilian targets such as hospitals, schools, and others.

As if that had brought back the attacks from Tripoli, which lost all the sites and cities that he controlled - during his fight against the Libyans - with the mercenaries, whom he gathered from many countries (Sudan, Chad, Russia and African countries) for three years, and in a very short time he lost it one location after another.

Through its counterattacks, the Al-Wefaq government was able to restore the areas west of Tripoli (Sabratha, Sorman, Al-Ajailat and other neighboring cities) with a total of seven cities, in addition to regaining control of the areas bordering the Tunisian border.

But the forces of the Al-Wefaq government did not stop there. Rather, they are now heading to Tarhuna (50 km south of the capital, Tripoli). And Tarhuna - after the coup announced by Haftar from eastern Libya - is considered the most important base in western Libya and spearheaded the attack launched by Haftar forces on the capital, Tripoli. Indeed, the site of Tarhuna - currently besieged - is the focus of attention and hopes of the people in southern Libya that the end of Haftar has been bleeding.

The restoration of Tarhuna’s base would destroy all the support that Haftar received from the West. The forces of the Al-Wefaq government are now the hunt that is hunting the remnants of Haftar, and it appears that - after the seizure of Tarhuna, which has become a matter of time - the Al-Wefaq government will continue its advance to Al-Jufrah in the south, then to It is found in the east, which is the main control area for Haftar.

The head of the Supreme Council of the Libyan State, Khaled al-Mashri, stated that the Al-Wefaq government based its calculations on the basis of finishing off Haftar's army by the end of the blessed Ramadan. It seems that the Libyans realized that the end of the bloody march of Haftar - who only believes in arms - will only be by force, and it appears that Libya entered the end stage of Haftar.

After his coup and his attempt to stifle the ruling with iron and fire, and after he spoiled all the initiatives and efforts made by the United Nations and the European Union to prevent further massacres in Libya, Haftar must now pay the price of his crimes against humanity.

The United Nations and the European Union made concessions to Haftar in order to stop him; However, all Haftar's accounts and plans were thwarted after the military cooperation agreement between the Libyan government of reconciliation and the Turkish government.

Turkey's interests in the Mediterranean have been ignored as if they do not possess a long coast and regional waters in the Mediterranean. The Turkish and Libyan governments signed an agreement to demarcate the maritime borders in order to protect the rights of the two countries within international law, and a military cooperation agreement; And for those behind him.

Indeed, the strong technical support that Turkey provided to the Al-Wefaq government forces - at a very critical stage - enabled it to stop the invasion of Haftar first, and gave it an advantage over its forces as well.

The Turkish presence in Libya aims to rebuild, develop, and unify Libya, to be one people, one land, and one homeland, not to destroy it, fragment it, and rhythm among its people.

No one has the right to interrogate Turkey about the reason for its presence in Libya because Turkey did not infiltrate the chimneys and windows as Russia, Egypt, the Emirates and France did, but rather entered directly through the door and at the invitation of the owner of the house, and it has absolutely no purpose beyond meeting this invitation.

Turkey fulfilled this call and cooperated with the government transparently, in order to finally achieve one goal: that Libya is only for the Libyans, and that it will never tolerate the coup plotters who are stealing its resources on behalf of others.

This line neither Haftar nor the Haftar operators - who put it in the field in order to steal Libya - can come close to it or bypass it. It seems that we will continue to talk more about the issue of Libya.
