A study warned that men who contract the new "Corona" virus are more likely to die from women due to the disease, according to the British "Daily Mail" website.

Researchers from China found that the virus infects men more strongly because they suffer more severely and that the death rate is 2.5 times higher.

Their report indicates that the virus not only distinguishes patients according to age and basic health conditions, but also by sex.

The team analyzed the data of a group of patients to determine whether there were differences in how men and women responded to the virus.

This included data for 43 patients treated by physicians themselves, in addition to data for 1,056 patients.

Doctors also analyzed data for 524 SARS patients from 2003, as the viruses responsible for both SARS and Covid-19 are similar.

The report showed that men were more likely to suffer severely due to illness, regardless of their age.

It was also found that more than 70 percent of patients who died in men were in the largest Covid-19 dataset.

The study showed that men who are infected with the Coronavirus have twice the chances of dying from the disease than women.
