The project aims to comprehensively investigate and master the distribution and quantity of cultural heritage resources within the Qinling Mountains. The list of world cultural heritage, national key cultural relics protection units, provincial-level cultural relics protection units and city-county cultural relics protection units in Shaanxi Qinling region has been completed.

  Shaanxi Qinling cultural heritage resources are distributed in the Qinling section of the territory and the Bashan area on the south bank of Hanshui. The scope of this survey includes 46 districts and counties in the Qinling region of the province, and cultural heritage resources are distributed at an altitude of 410-1500 meters in an area of ​​about 95,000 square kilometers. There are 7 districts and counties in Shangluo City, 11 districts and counties in Hanzhong City, and 10 districts and counties in Ankang City; 4 districts and counties in Weinan City and Xi'an City are distributed on the northern slope of Qinling Mountain. 7 districts and counties and 7 districts and counties in Baoji City.

  The scope of the investigation includes ancient ruins, ancient tombs, ancient buildings, cave temples and stone inscriptions, important historical and modern monuments and representative buildings; the former residences of revolutionary figures, revolutionary war remains, monuments of revolutionary activities and modern and contemporary buildings in specific historical periods Representative industrial heritage and industrial buildings, modern and contemporary representative and commemorative buildings of specific historical periods, historical and cultural cities and historical and cultural blocks, and agricultural heritage are included in the scope of the survey; intangible cultural heritage surveys are complete and cover civil 9 categories including literature, traditional art, folk folk songs.

  This survey takes a combination of modern technology and traditional surveys, and cultural heritage surveys and protection. Choosing a drone as an aerial vehicle, using aerial photogrammetry to map 1: 500 scale topographic maps of important sites in the hinterland of Qinling Mountains, comprehensively collecting information about Qinling cultural heritage and conducting site surveys and records, preliminary verification of the culture in Qinling region There are more than 15,000 heritage sites, including 2 world cultural heritage sites, 53 national key cultural relics protection units, 293 provincial-level cultural relics protection units, and 1456 city-county-level cultural relics protection units.
