The first donor sponsored 66,000 dirhams, the second sponsored 30,000 dirhams, and the latter sponsored 3,000 dirhams.
And coordinated the "hotline" between the donors and the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai, to transfer the amount of the donation to the patient’s account in the hospital.

(Abu Salman) suffers from spinal cord fibrosis, a chronic genetic disease, a year and a half ago, and according to medical reports, he needs lifelong medications, costing 33,000 dirhams per month, and if he does not continue to take it, his condition will be affected, and some members may be affected In his body, especially the spleen, with great swelling, he therefore seeks someone who helps him to pay the costs of the medicines he needs due to the conditions he is going through, especially that he is threatened with suspension from work.
(Abu Salman) tells his story to «Emirates Today», saying: “I had this disease a year and a half ago, and my father had it two years ago, as the disease affects the spinal cord with fibrosis, and it negatively affects blood production, especially white blood cells, In addition, it causes swelling and swelling in some parts of the body, especially the spleen, and if medications are not taken regularly, these organs may explode.
He added: “I used to bring the medicine from Lebanon, and its price was low, compared to its price here in the country, as my family used to send it to me every month, and I had no difficulty obtaining it, but after the Corona pandemic, its export was stopped by the countries that produce it, and currently no I can go back to my country and cannot buy the medicine, and I went to the (Madinah) Hospital in Dubai, and it was found that the medicines are available but their price is high, compared to the price in Lebanon, and the cost of one package is 11 thousand dirhams, and I need three boxes per month ».
He explained: "My circumstances do not allow me to buy medicine at this price, as I am the only provider for my family, I work in a foreign school as a teacher, and I earn a salary of 21 thousand dirhams per month, and the problem is that the school has reduced the number of employees due to the (Corona) pandemic."
He explained: «My wife is unemployed, and I live in an apartment whose annual rent is 55 thousand dirhams, so I appeal to the philanthropists and merciful hearts to help me with the costs of my treatment, and save me from the aggravation of my health.»
