Organizers write in a press release that those who have the financial opportunity are encouraged to donate their ticket, or become support members.
"At the time of writing, all the stones are turned and turned to get ideas on how we can all be followed during this year and at the same time have the opportunity and advice to conduct a festival next year," writes the festival management.
Öland Roots would have taken place July 8-11 and booked artists included the Swedish Academy, Ayla, Jah9 and Channel One Soundsystem.
