The real ones, are far from following the influencers' platforms, and the "social media" celebrities, who have dwindled and shrunk to the extreme.

Indeed, most of these celebrities have proven, in light of this global crisis, that everything that they provide on their platforms is superficial and unhelpful, and does not aim for anything but presenting their image, and making money by promoting and advertising everything that is false and unreal, and when the lives of people have come to what is Real and dangerous, society discovered that there is no need for them, and there is no benefit for them. None of them contributed in providing what people can benefit from in this crisis, because they are simply unable to make good content that rises above the superficiality and personality, except what is rare from them. And, these are really rare, and they are very few, compared to the human waves of social media celebrities Interest leme!

This crisis has stirred the awareness of the public, moved the compass to the correct orientation of the source of the information, and set matters in its normal quorum, and after there was a great deliberate confusion between the media and "social media" activists, the community began to know the difference, and believed in the necessity of media work, and believed in its professionalism and credibility And that it is a permanent, indispensable tool, because it is the most capable of reaching members of society, and people began to believe in the theory of "media first", after many of these celebrities tried to impose the theory of "extinction" of the media, and try to present themselves as a more developed, widespread and accessible alternative For people!

The Corona virus made us know the size of social media celebrities, their platforms seemed empty of useful content, at this difficult time, their platforms now are only windows full of personal content, and very little, and instead of looking at the followers, with videos that might be useful in providing some instructions, About the necessity of sterilization, adherence to instructions, or prevention from the virus, but they went to show only a few life details, especially after some of them provided wrong information!

These celebrities did not bother to participate the official authorities in their awareness or field campaigns, with the exception of a very few of them, they did so voluntarily, while others requested, with all intransigence, and without shame, a high financial return, in return for their participation in any voluntary or field campaign!

We have not seen celebrities share their weight in transmitting the efforts made by the state and covering it, with their same enthusiasm in their previous coverage of hotels, tourist places inside and outside the country, food coverage in the best restaurants, and pictures of the precious gifts that they obtained for free, without having any real return on Society, but quite the opposite, as they contributed to directing the compass of society towards consumption, and buying what does not need to be bought!

I was very impressed by what the dear brother and great professor, Mohamed Youssef, said in describing what happened: “The authentic media, which the traditional media called the social media beneficiaries, is actually the professional media, and he is the one who won, so those who work with the media will not be media.
