Covid-19: what does Africa offer?

How about we listen to Africans too? How are continental scientists mobilized in the fight against Covid-19? What financial means do they have?

Can they explain why to date the virus seems to be growing more slowly in Africa than in Europe for example? What do they think of the use of hydroxychloroquine and Covid-Organics, the remedy validated by Madagascar?
