The number of hospitalizations linked to the coronavirus has experienced a decline as sustained as regular for several days in Occitania. According to the ARS count, arrested this Saturday at 5 p.m., 729 people were hospitalized in the region in connection with the virus. It is thirteen less than the day before. Among them, 169 were placed in intensive care.
The number of home returns continues to grow: 2,020 people (compared to 1,988 the day before) returned to their homes, their condition no longer justifying their hospitalization. However, we still die from Covid-19 in Occitania.
138 deaths in nursing homes
Four more people died from the disease in health facilities, bringing the number of deaths to 361 in these establishments since the start of the pandemic in the region.
