We suspected, it is now confirmed: the semi-final and the final of The Voice , scheduled for May 2 and 9 and broadcast live on TF1, will not be able to take place on these dates in this form. The host of the telecrochet show Nikos Aliagas confirmed this impossibility, revealed by the newspaper Le Parisien on April 10, in a message published this Saturday on Twitter. The show was to be held at the Palais des Sports in Paris.

"You have just watched The Voice's last recorded program before the next stage, the live semi-final. So you are aware that due to government measures in the fight against the Covid-19, today we are unable to perform these long-awaited big live shows, and we regret it, "said it in this message.

See you soon friends! We will finish it together this beautiful season, with our talents, our coaches @ObispoPascal @LavoineOfficiel @LFabianOfficial @amel_bent our teams of @ tf1 and @itvstudiosfr and especially you, because without you this show would not exist #gratitude #thevoice pic. twitter.com/zzty0HjyU7

But Nikos Aliagas has promised, however, that there will be an “epilogue” this season:

“However, this season of The Voice is exceptional (…) This is why (…) we will work to offer you an epilogue that is up to this season, as soon as we are allowed to do so”, a he added.

On May 2, instead of the singing competition, the viewers of the front page will find the 2017 edition of the Enfoirés concert.
