The World Health Organization has stressed the necessity of washing the clothes of the person infected with the Coronavirus, as well as its towels and bed linen separately from the rest of the other people's clothes at home.
And the organization put in a post on its account on Facebook, conditions for this process that requires the use of rubber gloves when carrying the clothes of the injured person, and not to carry against the body, and placed in a container designated for tightly closed clothes.
Global health advised to remove any visible dirt on clothes and blankets, such as vomiting or saliva, and get rid of these waste without touching it, before putting it in the washing machine.
She stressed the need to wash clothes, bed linen and towels used by the person infected with the Coronavirus at a temperature ranging from 60 to 90 degrees Celsius and using powder for washing.
In the event that it was difficult to wash the bed linen in the washing machine, it must be soaked in a bowl and immersed in hot water, and moved with a stick to make sure all of them are exposed to water.
And if hot water is not available, the World Health Organization advised to soak the covers in chlorine for a period of half an hour, and then sat and spread them in the sun.
